Many variables are involved because each home or commercial property differs in detail and layout. For example: A ranch requires a horizontal layout. A property with a pond and a great deal of foliage calls for emphasis thus involving more time and a larger canvas. Detail such as brickwork or rock walls should not be sacrificed. Corporate structures may expand across a large plot of land. A smaller home may involve less work assuming the image focuses on the modesty of the home and/or property, etc. Please note: The artist's goal is to create an elaborate illustration drawing attention to the majesty of the detail.
